Transferring the subscription to a new phone

Before switching to a new device, we regret to inform you that your data will be lost. However, we'll help you keep your subscription active.

If you're switching to a new device but still using iOS or Android, make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to purchase it.

From Android to iOS

Make sure you cancel your Android subscription and you're not getting charged. We will need your Google Play order number or the email you used to purchase it.

You can resubscribe on the Apple Store. We will issue a refund for the unused portion of your Android subscription. We will need a screenshot of your Apple receipt.
