Why is my account still locked?
When you successfully activate your membership, you should be able to access the full content. If you are still seeing padlocks, please try following these steps.
Instructions for:
If you purchased your subscription via iTunes:
- In the app, tap on Menu button to open Settings > General.
- Tap Restore Subscription to sync your iTunes receipt with your account.Note: if you are already logged in with a premium account you will not see the button.
- Sign in to the App store with your Apple ID and password and tap OK.
- Tap OK to confirm.
If you are still not able to access premium after following these steps, please submit a contact form and include your receipt as an attachment.
